Coeur d'Alene Dock in the Fog

Coeur d'Alene Dock in the Fog - Dock in the fog
Dock in the fog

Steaming Lake Fernan
night fog over the trail with a single light shining through the fog.
Low lying fog over the cold winter field really helps this image to stand out.
Sunset on the Spokane River right after a storm.
Sunset over the Spokane river. I like to call this Jagged River because of the edges of the wood and rocks.
As winter comes to a close everyone seems to really wish hard for summer. This shot is a reminder that spring is coming.
The sun finally made an appearance over the Rathdrum Prairie.
A sunset over the Spokane River in Post Falls. The sky rarely has this much color. I feel blessed to have been in a decent location to capture this sunset.

The sun breaks over the top of the waterfall.
Shot from the point on Tubbs Hill
The goal was to make it to the top of Mt Spokane before the sunrise. I just made it.
Autumn forest scene with a gentle layer of fog softening the view.
The setting sun shines through the frosted trees. Great winter warmth.
Winter shot from Sandpoint Idaho of the full moon over lake Pend Orielle
Tree on the prairie as the sunsets
Sun shines through the clouds as they rise over the mountains.
Early morning
Some color in the sky as I view Mt Spokane in the distance.
Relaxing evening on the lake. The sun sets over this picture of simpler times.
Looks like a haunted fishing trip
MT Spokane
Smokey skies helped color this shot the way it is.

Ducks on a cold morning in November.
I woke up early that morning in hopes of catching some fog on the river as the sun rose. It didn't happen that way though. I waited for several hours. On the way back to the car, I snapped some shots of the ducks that came out for a morning swim. There were a lot of geese too.
I stayed on the river from 5 in the morning until 9am. This was one of the early morning shots.
The sun shines through the back of the trees.
This is one of my favorite images of all time. I love the color of the rocks and how balanced they are with the horizon and setting sun.
Winter Sunset on the Palouse
The sun sets over fields in eastern Washington. Winter, snow and cold.
Winter afternoon in the country. Trees snow and a blue sky.
