A few years ago I wouldn’t have bothered to get this shot. It would have been too much “work”. Now the effort put into getting the shot is half the pleasure of getting the shot itself. I had to climb down an icy, snow covered bank to get this shot. I was straddling the creek in fact. It’s a good thing I had my boots on.
