I have been so focused on work and improving my photography that I have forgotten how to practice smiling. I come home from work thinking about the projects I am working on. Its like my chess game with Jerry, I think about my move while I am working on other projects. I never really stop [...] I had a few minutes this morning before I had to be at work, so I took a little detour. I was amazed. There was a slight layer of fog hovering over the ground. Unfortunately, the battery on my camera was just about dead and I didn’t have much time. It seems normal for [...] Over the last week or so I have found myself confused about something. You would think that over the years one would be able to tell what kind of shot works and what doesn’t. Right? I thought I could tell, but now I am really confused about it. Let me tell you why. I uploaded [...] Are superstitious? I’m not. Superstitions cause people to focus on what they think should happen instead of what is actually happening. Every day is mixed with the good and the bad; some caused by us and some not. Take the bull by the horns and do something. Go out and shoot. Look at life; smell [...] Took a drive out into the Washington state countryside. I love it when I can locate an area not damaged by new development.
